Once again, our first concert is being held outdoors at the band shell at La Entrada Park. Each of our outdoor concerts has been very successful. We’ve been blessed by good weather in the past and are hopeful for the same this year. Because we can accommodate a very large audience, we’re trying something new this year. Kids 12 and under can attend the Nosotros Concert for FREE with a paying adult. This is part of our effort to engage children in the joys of music and complement our ongoing Music in Schools initiatives.
Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and a picnic dinner and enjoy this amazing Latin dance band!
Beginning next month, you will see a new section in NOTES, where we will be introducing a new Board member or Volunteer to you each month. It takes many dedicated people each season to continue to bring you this wonderful music and we would like to let you know who they are and how they contribute to our ongoing success as we enter our 37th season.
Warm regards to all,
John Schumann, President
